System Suitability Testing (SST)

In this tab, you can define and validate SST.

SST Table

It is the definition of the tests, e.g. which substance should be at which Rf (and with a specific Rf window).

  • addsubstance Add a new substance row

  • deletesubstance Delete the selected substance row

Method only have this definition part.

Overview

Here you can select the wavelength of a specific TLC step you want to view.

SST View

Here you see all SST tracks and the defined substances.

Important

At least one track should be defined as SST in the Sample Sequence.

Over the track(s), you will see a window for each substance, and at the right a check-box to mark the test on this substance as pass.
