The Vial/Substance Editor permits you to manage the vials and substance of your visionCATS system. It can remove unused vials and substance, and also changes some global values.
Changes are only saved after you click on the main Save button.

Substance in Vial¶
When defining for the first time a reference substance in a vial, you will set its concentration and purity. It is then only possible to alter these values here. You can also totally delete the link between the substance and the vial.
Modifying these values will delete all results data (calibration functions and computed sample concentrations) in every evaluation of every analysis having this couple reference/substance defined in the references table.
If used in at least one validated evaluation, no modification is allowed.
